4. Rental Period

5. Waste Disposal

• Prohibited waste materials include, but are not limited to, hazardous substances, liquids, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, and medical waste.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that only permitted waste materials are disposed of in the rented dumpsters. Any violation of this provision may result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental agreement.

6. Delivery and Pickup

• Dumpsters will be delivered to the specified location at the agreed-upon date and time.
• Customers must ensure that the delivery area is clear and accessible to our delivery trucks.
• Pickup will be scheduled at the end of the rental period or upon request.
• Dump Rental Service reserves the right to charge additional fees for failed delivery or pickup attempts due to customer negligence or unavailability.

7. Payment

• Dump Rental Service reserves the right to withhold delivery of dumpsters until payment is received in full.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe, minus any applicable fees.
• Dump Rental Service reserves the right to withhold a portion of the rental fee for cancellations made outside of the specified timeframe or for no-shows.
